Lamination Compatibility

Technical parameters are optimized for various industrial lamination methods on flat, curved, and complex surfaces. For material without pre-applied adhesive, parameters accommodate bonding agents such as PVA, PUR, or Melamine paper. 

  • Hot Pressing: Supports rapid adhesion via single-opening or multi-opening equipment, with optimized parameters ranging from 50 to 60 seconds depending on the veneer collection. 
  • Cold Pressing: Adaptable to cold press lamination processes using PVA (White Latex) glue at recommended pressures of 5–8 MPa. 
  • Lamination Machine: Compatible with sheet laminating machines using PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) glue, utilizing adjusted roller pressure at constant speeds for uniform coverage.
